Sarkozy: Netanyahu's foot-dragging on peace process is unacceptable

Our Euro friends and the PIIGS...read Abbas wasn`t foot-dragging by refusing to enter negotiations? Meanwhile, Netanyahu implemented an unprecedented construction freeze and removed road blocks. THAT was not even enough to get Abbas to enter negotiations. What are the Palestinians supposed to give? Consent to talk?
